Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy sessions designed to explore inner experiences, resolve personal issues, and achieve greater harmony in Your life. Individualized approaches are used to help You better understand Your needs and find ways to achieve emotional well-being.

Psychological Help
Short-term consultation for people who are having difficulties in various areas of life or experiencing emotional stress. During the meeting, we will find ways to solve Your issues together and I will provide the necessary support during a difficult period.
Duration: 50 minutes.
Family Therapy
Couples sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and developing deeper understanding. You will learn to listen and understand each other better, as well as find common ways to solve problems.
Duration: 75 minutes.
Group Therapy
Group sessions where people can share their experiences, get support and grow together. It is an opportunity to see that You are not alone in Your experiences and together with others find the strength to change.
Duration: 2 hours.
Groups of up to 8 people.

Offline meetings are also possible
in Odessa, Ukraine.
These services are available online so You can receive support at a time convenient for You and from anywhere in the world.

How does the work process work?
Our cooperation begins with choosing a convenient time for the first meeting so that You are as comfortable as possible.
In the first sessions, we determine together what is important to You, as well as what aspects of Your life You want to focus on. All sessions are structured so that You can gradually understand Yourself, Your emotions and needs more deeply, which allows You to make more conscious decisions and change Your approaches to life.
Each meeting is a step towards improving Your self-knowledge, a healthy attitude towards Yourself, and developing harmony in relationships.
We work with topics that are important to You, gradually moving towards change. Therapy is a flexible process, and together we look for the best approaches for Your development. We always move at a pace that is comfortable for You. An important aspect is the support You receive at every stage - it helps You to strengthen emotional resilience and self-confidence.
The therapy process lasts as long as You need and ends when You feel you have achieved the desired changes and resources for further development. If new requests or needs arise over time, we can always return to the process and work on new goals.
Terms of Cooperation
All consultations are confidential, I adhere to high ethical standards and principles of psychotherapeutic practice. My work is based on mutual respect, trust and support. The psychotherapeutic process is designed for the individual needs of each Client, and we move at a pace that is comfortable for You.
The recommended frequency of meetings is 1-2 times a week, but it depends on your needs and capabilities.
